The CGC is getting new neighbors, and they need our help! Join us in welcoming the Hamilton County Crisis Center by planting a pollinator garden right in their front yard. You’ll work alongside CGC staff and a group of youth volunteers to plant over 200 native plants at the newly renovated Oak Street location. Help us transform our neighborhood and become a part of Crisis Center visitors’ recovery journey.
This workday is for anyone interested in learning more about native plants and ecological gardening, no prior knowledge or skills needed. The ability to kneel and use hand tools is recommended. Please bring gloves if you have then and a water bottle. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you’re comfortable getting dirty. All other tools and materials will be provided. Event is rain or shine.
This event is part of our 2025 Volunteer-A-Thon!
