Horticulture & Hauck: 2025 In Review
2025 saw plenty of positive changes to our Hauck Botanic Garden home as well as in our Horticulture program out in the community—from new grounds maps and gardens to pollinator garden partnerships.
Urban Agriculture: 2025 In Review
Our Urban Agriculture program strives to shape what fair food access means in an urban setting. In 2025, we launched our new Bountiful Backyard Gardens program in addition to offering our CGDT series and HUB Garden classes and supporting our community and school garden network.
Conservation: 2025 In Review
2025 was another year of growth and new adventures for our Conservation Program. We saw our first Greenspace Guardian cohort graduate, grew more than 75 species of native plants and worked with Cincinnati Parks to train volunteers.
Volunteers & Interns: 2025 In Review
2025 proved to be a dynamic year for our volunteer program, with over 400 new volunteer registrations, 151 workdays, 30 groups and over 4,200 service hours. Find out what our volunteers were up to!
Youth Education: 2025 In Review
Our Youth Education team taught throughout the region through a full schedule of school garden programs, field trips, Green Teens Challenge visits, teacher trainings, library programs and summer camp sessions.
Classes & Events: 2025 In Review
In addition to hosting our two major plant festivals, our small-but-mighty staff facilitated 582 educational programs for thousands of learners and with an array of partner organizations. We also launched our new membership!
