Treeforestation at St. Xavier High School

The Civic Garden Center’s Treeforestation project at St. Xavier High School takes place within a 20-acre forest owned by the school, which is part of their existing campus. The CGC began working at this site in the fall of 2020. We host monthly workdays at which St. X students help to remove large honeysuckle and replant native vegetation while learning about the work they’re doing.
