Saucer Magnolia

• A hybrid of two Asian magnolias.

• Grows to a height of 30 feet in moist, rich soil and full sun.

• Saucer magnolias have large creamy pink flowers in early spring that become the focal point of the landscape.  

• Horticulturist’s Notes: Saucer Magnolias often bloom before the risk of frost is passed, causing them to wilt in a cold snap. To avoid this, plant a late-flowering cultivar like ‘Marilyn’, ‘Jon Jon’ or ‘Ann.’
