Worm bins are a great way to compost food and vegetable scraps year-round! At this workshop, you will learn how to set up your own DIY indoor composter, turn your food scraps into valuable fertilizer, harvest vermicompost, and separate worms for future use. It is $30 to attend the class and $55 if you plan to build your bin to take home. If you plan to build a bin, your order needs to be made no later than May 10 so we can make sure we have adequate materials for all participants. All class participants will receive a copy of the book “Worms Eat My Garbage” by Mary Applehof.
Cost: $55 for bin and class, $30 class only
