Eupatorium serotinum
Late Boneset
Also called thoroughwort, this native perennial produces fragrant white flowers in early fall that are incredibly attractive to a variety of pollinators.
It prefers full sun and can tolerate a range of soil conditions.
Typically grows 3-5 feet tall and spreads through short rhizomes and self-seeding.
It’s more common in meadows and along roadsides than it is in the garden.
