Community Engagement Coordinator
(Contact information will be added once Victoria officially joins the team on 7/6)

Victoria Hennings is an Ohio-based artist, activist, and educator whose motivation is built from a compilation of ancestor dreams, the whispered futures of kin, and the conviction of generations to come. She spends her time building community and working as an Environmental Educator in several community gardens around Cincinnati.

Victoria graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a dual B.A. in Arabic and History with a concentration in Oppression, Resistance, and Revolution. In 2022, she obtained her M.A. in Human Rights Practice from the University of Arizona. She has a background in linguistic rights, food justice and environmental justice. Her favorite forms of creating and contributing are writing, cooking, and mixed-media artistry.

Victoria is incredibly excited to join the Civic Garden Center team! As the Community Engagement Coordinator at CGC, she looks forward to working with our amazing volunteers and continuing to facilitate opportunities for Cincinnatians to bring their passion and creativity to the environment.
