As the CGC’s Director of Operations, Stephanie ensures the organization operates smoothly, safely, and functionally. This includes overseeing essential day-to-day operations to ensure everything across the organization runs effectively and seamlessly. Her work spans a wide range of internal systems, including managing central record-keeping, supporting IT infrastructure, refining administrative workflows, and coordinating overall facility maintenance.

Stephanie’s path at the CGC began as a volunteer. She graduated from the Community Gardener Development Training (CGDT) program and officially joined the staff in early 2023.

Outside of work, Stephanie coordinates a community garden, cultivating green space in a neighborhood with industrial roots, defined by factories, manufacturing plants, and freight rail lines. In her (limited) free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors looking for fossils, rocks, insects, and mushrooms. Through both her professional and community work, she remains deeply committed to rooted, sustainable growth.
