Thank you for your interest in the Community Garden Development Training. Registration for the 2021 season is now full. Please contact Greg Potter Community Gardens Coordinator  if you would like to be added to the notification list for the 2022 classes.

Community Gardens Development Training (CGDT) provides community residents with the basic leadership training, horticulture education and technical assistance to operate a community garden sustainably. The classes are free of charge and designed for people interested in starting a community garden or strengthening an existing one. Those interested in just wanting to learn more about these efforts are also welcome. From civic engagement to building raised beds, from fundraising to tomato varieties, learn them here!

CGDT is sponsored in part by the Meshewa Farm Foundation.  Have questions? Contact gpotter@civicgardencenter.org
