Fall flavors abound in this class that uses the principles of the Mediterranean Diet to cook a delicious, healthy meal. We’ll stuff grape leaves and talk about how to forage, make a delicious lemon lentil and chard soup, dig into a classic winter squash recipe by famed Israeli chef Yotam Ottolenghi that is perfect for Thanksgiving, and of course, finish with our famous baklava. We’ll taste olive oil and spices, and feast on nuts and cheeses from the Eastern Mediterranean.
