Hauck Society

Housed in an office building in downtown Cincinnati from 1942-1951, the Civic Garden Center moved to its current home in Avondale in 1951 when Cornelius J. Hauck generously donated land from his beautiful “Sooty Acres” property. In keeping with the spirit of Mr. Hauck’s generosity, the Hauck Society recognizes the major financial contributions of $1,000+ to the Civic Garden Center with year-long membership in the Hauck Society.
