​We’ve got an exciting new composter going in called a bioreactor! What is a bioreactor, you ask? Come out to the CGC and learn all about these cool composters.

The bioreactors will be constructed ahead of this workday but may need some tweaking. And the first steps to get them up and running will be to feed them, so we'll be shoveling wood chips into the reactors.

Remember: No prior gardening or horticultural skills are required. The ability to kneel and use hand tools is recommended but not required. Whether you’re totally new to gardening or have many years of experience this is for you! This will be a great workday to learn more about composting and specifically bioreactors.
