The Civic Garden Center is home to a compost classroom showcasing many different ways people can compost. The classroom includes our in-use three-bin system, tumblers, an earth tub, and more.
Learn About Compost at the CGC
You're welcome to come by and see our systems in action. In addition, K-12 students use this resource to learn about decomposition and turning food scraps into black gold during Compost Kids and STEM field trips, and adults become composting experts during our four-part Compost Pro series.
